What the Competition Includes

This competition gives buyers the opportunity to win $15,000 towards custom home design plans created by Collins W Collins.

Known for their considered, site responsive approach, Collins W Collins design homes that respond to lifestyle, location and long term liveability. Their local knowledge and understanding of coastal environments makes them a natural fit for The Crescent.

In addition, one lucky winner from Category 1 will also receive a $15,000 land rebate at settlement, making this an even more valuable opportunity for purchasers.

Two Ways to Enter

There are two categories within the competition.

Category 1
New purchasers who buy land at The Crescent during the competition period will be eligible to win $15,000 in custom home design plans, with one selected winner also receiving the $15,000 rebate at settlement.

Category 2
Existing purchasers will be invited to submit their design ideas, inspiration and vision directly to Collins W Collins. The winning entry will be selected on merit, based on design thinking and creativity.
