Registration and Settlement: What This Means

Land registration is an important milestone and is soon followed by settlement. This marks an exciting transition from purchasing land to preparing for the build phase.

For purchasers, now is the right time to begin conversations with your chosen home builder. Early discussions can help clarify timelines, design options and approval pathways, making the transition from purchase to build far more seamless.

Estate Progress Update

The Crescent is now visibly coming to life.

The gates will soon be open, allowing you to visit, drive through the estate, and take a closer look as the community takes shape. This will give purchasers and prospective buyers the opportunity to experience the layout, orientation and surroundings firsthand.

We’re pleased to welcome Fab PreFab as the new onsite display pod at The Crescent.

This prefabricated dwelling offers a first-hand look at modern, sustainable design and what prefab living can look like in a real-world coastal setting. Fab PreFab is an Australian-owned prefab and modular home company creating architect-designed homes with a strong focus on sustainability, quality and efficiency.

Built in a controlled factory environment and delivered ready to install, prefab presents a smarter, faster and more considered way to build.

The display pod is now available for meetings with Gee from our sales team, providing a relaxed onsite space to discuss design ideas, timelines and what building at The Crescent could look like for you.

Whether you’re exploring a holiday cabin, studio, guest accommodation or a flexible living solution, visiting the display pod allows you to experience prefab design up close.
