Sea Sea Hotel opens its modernist doors

A 70’s-inspired ode to surf culture, music and art, this 25-room boutique hotel has just opened, bringing a fresh energy to Crescent’s social scene. Overseen by the arbiters of cool behind The Slow in Bali, Ksubi co-founder George Gorrow and wife Cisco, its gentle eco-focused transformation focuses on natural materials, artisan furniture pieces and dramatic artworks.

For The Crescent’s future residents and guests, Sea Sea Surf Club is an exciting new local haunt, with a souvenir shop, audio lounge, restaurant and bar, along with a modular event space hosting ever-changing events, exhibitions, movie nights and live performances.

The Sea Sea Sane restaurant brings ex-Icebergs chef Daniel Medcalf to town, with a focus on elevating locally-sourced produce. With esteemed mixologists on staff, it’s fair to assume the cocktail list will be just as strong as the menu.
